Fine grained graphite

It differs from other common graphite grades by its reduced content of impurities and fine grains. It allows to fabricate items of complex shape, and to also cut smaller threads with a pitch of 0.5-1.0 mm. Intended areas of use are: semiconductor technology, EDM treatment of metals, crystallizers for casting non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Also, graphites of MPG grades are used as electrodes - tools for electric impulse treatment of dies, molds from different steel types, boats and crucibles for sintering of hard alloys, melting of rare metals and semiconductor substances; casting molds for production of castings from manganese steel; molds and dies for powder metallurgy; anodes and meshes of mercury rectifiers, parts of electric vacuum devices.
